When you are having issues with your vehicle, make note of when, where, and how often the issue occurs. If the issue is “only first thing in the morning, coming to the 3rd stop, taking a left, after a heavy rain” then let us know. The more information you can give us may help us spend less time on diagnosing the problem you are having.
For instance, if you are feeling vibrations when you drive there is a multitude of reasons why this could be happening. Is it all the time? When you accelerate? When you brake? Do you feel the vibration in your seat or your steering wheel? If your vehicle vibrates all the time it could be a tire issue, only during acceleration could mean a transmission issue, only when during braking could mean brakes and if the vibration is only in your seat or steering wheel it could mean a bent rim. All of this information is vital to give you the best diagnosis quickly.
Many times, customers do not provide us with all the details and we really have to ask seemingly stupid or basic questions to get the info we need.
